This video is a detailed tutorial on how to call forwarding in Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise OXE telephony system using MGR Command, Web GUI and User’s Phone/Device. I will be using IP Desktop Softphone on this tutorial as user’s device. I will demonstrate the scenarios using a real extensions so viewer can visualize what exactly happening during the configuration.
